Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Development: Expertise in front-end and back-end development using Scil, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Architectural Mastery: Strong understanding of design principles for building scalable, robust, and clean architectural solutions.
• Software Craftsmanship: Commitment to best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI) ensuring clean, maintainable, and resilient code.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills to work effectively with analysts, dispatchers, and technical teams in complex environments.
• Resilience & Agility: Proactive approach to deliver quick fixes and sustainable solutions under real-time pressures.
• Continuous Learning: Eagerness to gain expertise in Scil, power dispatching, Rtus, and cybersecurity (NIS2 compliance).
